Summary: I’m going to assume the front desk clerk was still in training when I was checking in because he was having difficulty at the desk. I believe they are in the middle of remodeling because a lot of the rooms were unavailable. When he finally found a room for me it was terrible. Dusty, old furniture, old paint, very dated, only one working lamp and no tv, yes there was no tv in the room! I finally had to ask for the manager and she was able to find a more decent room. The second room was updated and renovated however the tv still didn’t work. I was too tired to go back to the front desk and I’m pretty sure the last room was the best they could do. I entertained myself with movies on my laptop.

Summary: At check in, I asked for ground floor room. Despite the fact that the parking lot was 90% empty i was turned down. Al’s room door made enormous noise opening and closing.

Summary: Was way too hot in the room. Even with the air on high. Lost TV signal for the rest of the night as well. There was something that was stuck on one of the blankets. Not sure what it was.
